加熱殺菌処理がされており、熱を加えない加工食品のご使用も安心のお抹茶です。
加工用としては最も多く使用されているお抹茶です。

Japanese Matcha – HATSUNE

HATSUNE is made from Japanese-grown tencha leaves, finely ground by machine.

The matcha has been heat-treated for pasteurization, making it suitable for use in foods and desserts that are prepared without further heating.

HATSUNE is our most widely used matcha for culinary purposes and is an excellent choice for a variety of recipes and processed foods.
